The objective of this project was to create an editorial illustration based off of a short story. This project is an illustration for the short story "Two Words" by Matthew Christian. The story is about Matthew's personal coming out story to his mother. I relied on symbolic meanings of flowers, theatrical mask, and a letter and envelope which is symbolic in the story.
